Pure Foods Eggs have been producing eggs in the cool, temperate environment of Tasmania for over three decades. Today, their eggs are laid in the beautiful Northern Midlands, with an abundance of fresh air and wide open spaces providing the perfect environment for hens to thrive. Beleaf worked with them to give their aging site a major overhaul, swapping a dark, corporate colour palette for the lush, green pastures of Tasmania. With a healthy dollop of character and a distinctly ‘eggy’ look and feel, we wanted to inject brand personality into the website promoting the main stars of the show, the hens, and of course the team behind the scenes who care for them.

Performant even on the slowest internet connection
With 60%+ of users in 2023 browsing websites using a mobile, it’s more important than ever to optimise your website for mobile traffic.
Mobiles are, more often than not, used out and about on mobile networks, where average speeds vary dramatically. This means that when testing your website, real-world conditions often means the tram stop outside, not next to the router in the office.
With Pure Foods Eggs, the site will load in a heartbeat even on the slowest internet connection thanks to a lower overall page size, optimised code, and a performance-first hosting solution.
